Health & Longevity

It's important not just that we maximise life expectancy, but that as much life as possible is spent free of long-term disabling conditions.

What is Exosome

Exosomes are small (30 nm to 120 nm) extracellular vesicles found in the extracellular space of most cells. Exosomes transport bioactive molecules between cells and play an important role in cell-to-cell signaling. Exosomes are found in almost all body fluids, including blood, saliva, urine, tears, amniotic fluid, semen, joint fluid, and breast milk.

What is Telomere

Telomeres are structures located at the ends of chromosomes and were discovered in the 1930s from cytogenetic research. With the development of molecular biology, the replication mechanism of DNA has been clarified. Telomeres shorten with each cell division, and the lifespan of a cell is related to the shortening of telomeres at the ends of chromosomes, which are full of genetic information.
